Data controller

This policy explains how we process personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for visitors and prospective clients of api-frame.digital.

What we collect

• Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, and your message content when you submit the contact form.
• Consent preference: a value stored in your browser’s local storage when you accept or reject the cookie notice (key: fhf-consent-preference).
• Server logs: our hosting provider may process technical connection data (IP address, timestamp) to deliver the site and protect against abuse. We do not use those logs for advertising.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Purposes and legal bases

Where data goes

Inquiries are sent via POST to /api/inquiry on the same domain. Only staff involved in scheduling and delivering planning consultations access inquiry content. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution. Consent preferences remain on your device until you clear site data.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we control, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact info@api-frame.digital or call +66-76-341-582. You may lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.

International transfers

If you contact us from outside Thailand, data may be processed on servers located in Thailand or where our hosting provider operates, with appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers where required.

We will post updates on this page with a revised review date when processing practices change materially.
